The missile signal simulator IRTS-L from CI Systems projects controlled threat signatures to test missile approach warning systems in the lab or field. It operates in 3.95 µm and/or 4.6 µm (MWIR) with > 35H x 14V mrad Divergence, radiant output Up to 1.2 KW/str, and 5 msec temporal resolution for dynamic threat-scenario validation.
Defence and EO test teams use this missile signal simulator to stress MAWS and warning sensors with repeatable 3.95 µm and/or 4.6 µm (MWIR) threat profiles.
Overview: Long-range MWIR laser-based electro-optical platform for dynamic missile approach simulation and air crew training.
