The SWIR camera Cheetah 640 (Exosens / Xenics) is built for high-speed SWIR imaging and transient event capture in the 900 – 1700 nm (vSWIR option) band. Its 640 x 512 pixels InGaAs photodiode array with CTIA ROIC (20 μm pitch) supports up to 400, 800, or 1700 Hz. Typical applications include high-speed machine vision, adaptive optics and wavefront sensing, and laser beam analysis.
The Cheetah 640 uses CameraLink and comes in 400, 800 or 1700 Hz versions. For 1700 Hz full frame over CoaXPress, see the Cheetah+ 640.
Overview: The Exosens Cheetah 640 is an exceptionally fast SWIR camera delivering frame rates up to 1700 Hz with high sensitivity for demanding machine vision and scientific applications.
